こんばんは。

日程調整が上手くいかず、貴重な誘いを断り続けているんだけど、年末年始にむけていくつかのライブに参加させていただけることとなりました。
今年一年、神戸BLUEPORTでのライブに参加する機会には恵まれず、ようやくです。身の丈を知らず、時間調整までしてもらってようやくです。
東京も楽しみです。新宿でのライブは、2006年にSHIKIJIKAとのスタジオ音楽館でのライブ以来になります。

ライブの詳細についてShowscheduleからチェックして、都合がつく場合は是非参加しにきてください。

あと、大橋氏に撮ってもらった写真も少し前にアップしているから、よかったらPhotographをのぞいてみてください。といっても1月と4月のものですが。

色々とここでも伝えようようと思っていたんだけど。
いや、前向きなことを。
変わったことや変わらないこと、そして経過を淡々と。

Hello!
By your favor and our effort, folio was able to spend a wonderful and very substantial year. Thank you very much.

While one or two of our members changed the workplace, preparing for the change of job, will achieve social rehabilitation, washing the plate, going to acquire a driver's license, and preparing for birth of new life, we all send busy daily life.
But while now, also be involved in various music in daily life, we are rehearsing the live shows after the year begins, and of course working hard at the music production aiming for the next project.

Our next live shows in January are hold in Kyoto on the 10th and Osaka on the 18th, please check them and join.
We will be able to bring new designed T-shirts to those shows.

We uploaded some pics taken by Yosuke Oiwa at [ nobel road vol.12 ] BIRDLAND, Sendai on Oct. 11, and by Mattsun at [ NO MEMORIES ] IKO IKO, Osaka on Nov. 30.

今年一年の間に、folioの活動に触れたり参加してくれてありがとうございます。
メンバーそれぞれ、相変わらず公私共に忙しく慌しい毎日を送っていますが、次のライブに向けてのリハーサルや、新曲制作に勤しんでいます。

1月は京都でYarmulkeのレコ発、大阪でthe SHUWAの企画イベントに出演させていただくのですが、その時には新作のかっこいいTシャツを販売できると思います。

10月11日仙台BIRDLAND[ nobel road vol.12 ]にてオオイワ氏に撮影してもらった写真と、11月30日大阪IKO IKO [ NO MEMORIES ]にて松村氏に撮影してもらった写真をfotologueにアップしました。

We uploaded some pics taken by Kumiko Ohashi at [ Experiment of Life vol.11 ] Ritsmeikan Univ. on Aug. 24, and by Takushi Nishihara at [ REASON FOR BEING #31 ] Studio1969 on Sept. 14. So if time forgives, click here to check them.

8月24日立命館大学[ Experiment of Life vol.11 ]にて大橋氏に撮影してもらった写真と、9月14日Studio1969[ REASON FOR BEING #31 ]にて西原氏に撮影してもらった写真をfolologueにアップしました。

Each of we are spending busy every day with concluding or renewing various things.

About an album making.
Highly graceful and lovable package design and artwork for our album will complete soon with Katsuya M.(Mnm) . When you get this album, we recommend you to hear it while looking at the artwork of these.
Songs are now in process of mastering with Mino, T.(toe). As well as artwork, by solid ears and techniques, songs are entering to following level.

We’ll be able to disclose information about the details of an album and release date etc. soon to you.

メンバーそれぞれ、この暑さに負けないほど多忙な日々を送っています。

アルバム制作について。
勝也氏(Mn無宿)よりとても素晴らしいアートワークを提供していただき、ジャケットデザインが完成間近となっています。

音源の方もマスタリングの工程に入っており、美濃氏(toe)によってさらに良いものに仕上がってきています。

近いうちに、アルバムの詳細や発売日等についてアナウンスできればと思っています。

About an album making.
There are just four hours left for mixing.
We are listening to pre-mixed up songs, and think about those to be more better, almost every time except the time for work and a family.
We yet didn't anounce that Stiff Slack is preparing to release our album.
We are still pretty struggling to take us & you to the new grade.

Next show will be in Sunday Aug. 3rd at Osaka.

アルバム収録曲のミックス作業に使用する時間が残り4時間となりました。
最適な状態でマスタリングに入れるよう日々奮闘しています。
アルバムのリリース元は、これまでにも様々な形で僕らの活動に力を貸してくれているStiff Slackになります。

ライブの予定が入ったのでshow scheduleに詳細をアップしました。

エンジニアの青木氏（middle9 )に力になってもらい順調に制作に取り組んでいます。

Now, all songs based on an album concept are just waiting for recorded.
We somehow coordinated dates for recording and mixing through the end of this May to June.
At the same time, we are investigating about and seeking for a third ears mastering engineer.

先日のライブにて、西原氏に撮影してもらった写真をいくつかfotologueにアップしました。

アルバム収録用の曲が揃いました。
5月下旬から6月にかけての数日間を使って、京都にあるスタジオにて、レコーディングとミックス作業を行います。

We've already made pre-pro. sound sources for our 1st album with reliable engineer Aoki, F.(middle9).
Now, if there's time we're listening to those songs and making sure what should we do for the better.
After making one more song, we're going to start recording.

アルバム制作に向けたプリプロ音源を作製しました。
未完成の1曲ができ次第、レコーディングに入れるように日程を調整しています。

First, we uploaded some pics taken by Mattsun(NO MEMORIES) at the end of last year. If time forgives, click here to check them.

Now then, we made some important decisions toward album making, for ex. release label, recording engineer, jacket designer.
We must communicate steadily to build the relationship of mutual trust and tie it to make a splendid album through interacting with each specialty.
Among two or three remainder songs which we told you about before (see the arch. below), one song have been reached a stage to play on show, and also other songs get closer to completion with good feeling.
We plan to carry out a pre-production in the beginning of March.
Wishing we can tell you some progresses about this topic soon again.

昨年末、松村氏(NO MEMORIES)に撮影してもらった写真をfotologueにアップしています。

アルバム制作に向けて、レーベルやレコーディングエンジニア、デザイナーなどと話し合って、着々と事を進めています。
アルバム収録予定で未完成の曲も、とても良い感触を得ながら作成しています。うち一曲については、先日京都でのライブで演奏することができました。
曲作りと平行して、3月上旬にはプリプロに入ります。

Merry Christmas

We have plans to record songs and release our 1st album in next year.

What we can tell you about it now is, frameworks of last two or three songs making based on a concept of the album will be completed before long, and may we pack chilly air and send it to you in a long noon season.

We wish we can tell you some progresses about this topic soon again.

来年中に初アルバムを発売する予定で動いてます。
アルバムコンセプトに基づいて作成中の残り数曲の枠組みが完成間近といったところです。

One of us likes Matcha sweets, while one doesn’t like and one hates those.
But then, he loves every ice cream.

We have left two shows in 2007, and both days will be a deeply impressive night.

folioは、突如メンバーの都合により、4月28日(土)に八王子で開催された、malegoat企画[ osmosis vol.4 ]への出演を辞退させていただくことになってしまいました。
みなさまには、不快な思いをさせて大変申し訳ありません。
わざわざ時間を作っていただいていた方には、どうお詫びをさせていただいたら良いものか、今は検討も及びませんが、今後何らかの形で返させていただきたく思います。
今回、共演することが叶わなかったバンドとまた共演できる日がくることを強く望んでいます。
